Due to the handmade nature of our products and the personalization involved, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 5–14 business days. Since every product is created individually, the delivery time depends on the current workload. We appreciate your patience, as quality is our priority. Custom orders may take longer; a precise estimate will be provided during the design consultation.
